The Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, was due to address the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry today. However, Arise Television began announcing that Peter Obi and Bola Tinubu had pulled out of the event (Chief Tinubu is due to address the chamber in October).
